Shipping Policy

Talking Letters offers free shipping on all orders of $50 or more.  There will be a $5 shipping fee added to any orders under $50. Most items will ship within 1-2 days once the order is placed with items arriving to customers within 5-7 days, depending on location.

Talking Letters currently only ships to addresses within the continental United States via UPS unless otherwise noted.  If you have specific questions about other shipping possibilities, please send questions to talkinglettersinfo@gmail.com.

 

Return Policy

Talking Letters is proud to offer our products to parents, teachers, and others.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns within 30 days of receiving ordered products.

To return a product, a return request will be sent to talkinglettersreturns@gmail.com.  Customers will receive a return authorization notification including return address.  All materials must be undamaged and in the original packaging.

​

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs and will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus a $5 re-stocking fee for orders $50 and under or minus $10 for orders over $50.

Talking Letters is not responsible for return shipments not received.  Customers returning products should secure shipping insurance and/or tracking information on all return shipments.

School and School District Orders

For all school and district orders involving a purchase order, please email a copy of your scanned purchase order listing the items and quantities ordered to talkinglettersinfo@gmail.com.  School and district representatives will be contacted to confirm the contents of the purchase order before items are shipped.  Once orders are shipped, an order confirmation and electronic invoice will be emailed along with the Talking Letters mailing address.  All school and district invoices must be paid by check made payable to Talking Letters within 15 days of product delivery.
